Presenting professional classical music concerts in Maidenhead

The Maidenhead Music Society furthers the development of music in the Maidenhead area by presenting a series of professional classical concerts each year. All general concerts are open to the public, and anyone joining as a Member of the Society can purchase concert tickets at lower prices and may qualify for occasional special private events.

Since 2000, the home of Maidenhead Music Society has been the Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, an ideal venue for the concert series, and a place in which the artists say they love playing. As well as a great acoustic and a quite outstanding Steinway piano, it offers excellent social facilities. In particular, the Cafe Bar offers a pre-concert meal deal for concert-goers.

77th Concert Season

This season we present a superbly varied programme of works by over 40 composers from the 16th to the 21st centuries. We celebrate 100 years of Walton’s Façade and welcome the trombone quartet Bone-afide, the extraordinary baroque ensemble Red Priest, pianist Margaret Fingerhut, and world-famous viola player, Lawrence Power. We also welcome ensembles who haven't performed for us before: the Berkeley Ensemble, the Coull Quartet and Perpetuo. We hope you will enjoy their performances.
